Yet It Remains Unseen

Too in connect with reality
And yet the truth unseen
For nothing spoke of the truth we yeild
It is as it had been.

What changes everyday
Yet today remains unseen
Blinded by the change it brings
And yet it remains unseen.

More harm it brings than good it does
We sit and watch the scene
We know its badly harming us
And yet it remains unseen.

Underneath, within us all,
crushed it may have been
It may have glowed in the dark
and yet it remains unseen.

In circles 'round it may have been
Might've crossed the tinted seams
Might've borne a torching light
And yet it remains unseen.

Off the hook, deep in the mind
Inside we know it breathes
Bangs and yells upon the walls
To the eye it remains unseen.

For the past it has dwelled upon us
Crowned it might've been
Hazy set in focus now
Yet it remains unseen.

Nothing became of us as
We held the crutch for it,
smirking at the face, it blotches
Laughing in front of us, it watches,
Yet it remains unseen.
